How will I know if you've received my order?

What shipping methods are available?
Currently, we offer only offer Priority shipping 3-5 day ground.

How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
Shipping charges are automatically computed when you place your order. Unless Free Shipping is specified on the web site.

To reduce shipping costs, We use boxes that fit our most popular items, reducing the need for extra packing material that adds nominal weight to a box.

My order needs to be shipped outside of the continental United States. How do I do this? We do ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii and other Countries.

We can only ship your order on business days. So please allow yourself and us, a reasonable amount of time to receive your product. If you have a question about your order, please send us an email at groutdye@aol.com , please include the name that the order was placed under and the exact date of that the order was placed.

Out of Stock Items Take Longer.

Due to the overwhelming response we have had with our products, all items that we use to produce your colorant might not be in stock and may have to be ordered from the warehouse. If they are back-ordered, We will contact you to let you know when you should expect to receive your order. Out-of-stock items usually take two weeks to arrive..
